Fob is the guy who thinks he has hoes and he usually thinks he is the shit they wear old clothes that doesn’t mean any sense today (long line tee shirts, very very skinny jeans, fake shoes, fake straight caps and fake designer.) it is often used for people who think their the shit and hangout with 13 years old girls while their 18,19,20,21,etc…
