cold lamper

One who lamps. The term literally means to hang out under a street lamp but can be applied to any sort of chilling. While anyone can cold lamp, the proper noun "Cold Lamper" can only be applied to Flava Flav, member of the seminal rap group Public Enemy.

Flava Flav is the Cold Lamper. He straight up chills, yo.
