A car that rides through the ghetto, with its windows open and blaring very loud, often ear-shattering music from its over-sized speakers. The music played is usually hip-hop, R&B or rap. The occupants of the car are almost always black. Activity peaks near midnight.

Hear that? It must be another one of those damn rapmobiles!
