A physician that happens to work with and on Pirates. This doctor specializes in sword and cannon wounds. He wears an eye patch and scrubs with a sword at his side.

The infamous Patch Adams was a pirate doctor and was responsible for keeping the Crew of the Black Pearl Healthy and happy.

The Powell Doctrine, created by then Major-General Colin Powell during the Gulf War stated that in a war, attention and care should be given to the land on which the soldiers were standing. This doctrine is known in military circles as the 'Do not step on the flowers' or 'Please Keep Off the Grass' doctrine.
