Skeet 

A slur used on the island of Newfoundland, Canada. It is derived from the Irish word "skeet" meaning "hoodlum."

Refers to a white person who imitates black culture (especially rap/hip hop subcultures) including speech, clothes, and general behavior patterns.

Can also be used an an adjective.

Synonymous with wigger.

"That guy is a skeet."
"He is so skeety."

Where I'm from, skeet is a slang word for a dirty person, or someone who looks poorly dressed, and would likely commit small crimes. A person of low morals, and it can be seen by looking at them.

Man, that guy joe is such a skeet. He dresses like a dirtbag, and steals trinkets from stores. Also, he's alsways up to no good.
