A "Sick Girl" is the girl version of a "Sick Boy".

She sports plenty of tattoos and piercings. Her style is different and amazing. She usually has her hair uniquely fixed. A beautiful being of originality. She can party all night long. She has plenty of charm, great personality. She loves to fight. She can be a crazy bitch that you don't want to mess with because you will most likely get stabbed/beat the shit out of. She is into great music, usually punk.
