They were the kind of films you watch to riff on then eventually just get brought into the utter misery of realise "holy mother-forking shirt-balls, he GENUINELY thought he was cooking with these" and a little part of you dies knowing that some people genuinely believe the director of these two pieces of steaming-hot cinematic garbage is one of the greatest film makers of this century.
