Downstairs neighbor

One who lives underneath me that is a total pain in my ass. Takes my parking spot, and makes noise that carries upward. See also Butt Slutt.

Good Neighbor

A neighbor who does things that are very bad for the neighborhood. Such as living in the city and have farm animals or cutting down a tree in a way as to have the tree fall into someone else yard and then having the person whose yard it fell into responsible for removal of the tree.

Good Neighbor just got some chickens to go along with the goats.

The sherriff went to talk to Good Neighbor about his tree in my yard. He said he isn't going to do a thing about it and the sherriff can't do a thing.

To run a train (or in Mr. Rogers case, a trolley) on a girl, preferably a neighbor, then change back into your clothes real fast and bounce out the door like Mr. Rogers.

neighbor fatigue

The exhaustion you feel from having to speak to your neighbors every time you go outside. The moment you step outdoors, they want to chat when you want to chill out or work in the yard. neighbors, frontyard, backyard, annoying neighbors, neighbors from hell, next-door neighbors, neighborhood, home, picket fence, fence

Every Saturday, I never get any work done because 4 or 5 of my neighbors come over to talk about their families, kids and jobs. I've got serious neighbor fatigue.
