Many England fans dislike him as they believe he 'lost them the world cup'. I think it is pathetic that they still hold this grudge as Wayne Rooney was over it ages ago.
Others dislike him because they think he 'dives', he HAS dived before in his life, as nearly every player has, but football is not about who dives or who doesn't.
