The phrase was used by a former national team coach (Fatih Terim) in an interview. Though grammatically wrong, it entered the Turkish daily language as a way of meaning "there is nothing to do about this" and it is being used in English.

This here is an evolution of 'That'll be a kettle of worms' which was a gem mixture of 'a fine kettle of fish' and 'a can of worms', all three meaning to describe a difficult situation or problem.
