Coined by Ben Schwartz on the show 'Mythical Kitchen', Full-Pastrami is putting all of the possible effort into an action. This is an allusion to when Ben Schwartz would go to a Jewish Deli and get a "Full-Pastrami" sandwich and it would be stacked high with deli meat.

Joey really went Full-Pastrami on his final exams. He got an A.
