traffic cuts

Traffic cuts is when a motorist, either stuck behind a wreck or is unable to merge before their lane ends, who then either speeds up and cuts you off; or sits with their front end in your lane, turn signal on, forcing other drivers to either let the asshole "take cuts" or drive around them.

"Did you just see that asshat take traffic cuts in front of that school bus? Hopefully the diver got his license plate and is dialing 911 right now."
