Built on the same model as "white lie", a white spoiler is either:
- a spoiler of no (serious) consequences
- a spoiler dropped by accident

A: "Did she just spoil the entire film?"
B: "No, don't worry. It's just white spoiler. She only told you what happens in the first two minutes of the movie."

or

A: "Jimmy! You just told me how the story ends!"
B: "Oops… Sorry. White spoiler. It just came out."

The Smiler

The Smiler is a Gerstlauer Infinity rollercoaster located at Alton Towers. It currently holds the world record for inversions on a rollercoaster, at a whopping fourteen, beating The Steel Curtain at Kennywood, which holds the record for the most inversions in North America, only bearing 9 inversions.

Enthusiast A: "Hey, you wanna ride The Smiler?"

no spoiler rule

An unwritten rule which involves people telling others NOT to spoil the events which would go on in either a movie, TV show, video game or anything else that entertains a person. It soon became really popular in social media through memes, posts, videos & etc.

It was a no spoiler rule which prompted my refusal to watch"Avengers: Endgame" simply because I feared people would cause problems if I was to break it.
