"Karen" is middle-aged and up, has short blond hair, and always wants to speak to the manager about the inconsequential infractions of the younger service workers. Get the Karenmug. Karens are usually old/middle aged and they usually have bleach blonde hair in a very short bob hairstyle. They are queerphobic, refuse to wear masks, ask to see the manager, ableist, racist, pro-life, trump supporters, enforce gender roles, and are all around lousy people.
