Basically, it's a fake sickness. You get infected with it and you have a countdown on top of your head before you pass on to the afterlife. But heres a twist, it's like hot potato and you have to give it to someone under the countdown. Once the countdown ends the persons body parts begin to fall off and they dissappear to the void.
