A derivative of the word ho referring to an overweight promiscuous woman who wears clothes that she can't fit into, often showing rolls in the abdominal area and unnecessary cleavage. This outfit is worn in the attempt to attract males and can usually be found in cheap nightclubs.

Feeling the need to move the bowels. A polite way to inform others that you have to take a shit.

i.e.: "I'm feeling a little dumptious." or "begging your pardon ma'am, but my guts are full of chimichanga and I'm quite dumptious at the moment." or "I'm sure what you're telling me is really important but I'm too dumptious to give a shit."
