8 Av express train that goes from Ozone Park Lefferts Blvd, Far Rockaway in Queens to Inwood-207 Street in Manhattan. It has 65 stops and sometimes it goes via the Rockaway Park Shuttle to Beach 115 St during rush hour. The A train has 3 last stops (4 during rush hour) and it you miss the train, you have to wait almost 12 minutes at Broadway Junction under the intense heat and your only option is to ride the C train, and sometimes it feels like you are LITERALLY DYING!!! The train goes EXTREMELY FAST between High Street and Fulton street.

B train

6 av express train that goes from Brighton Beach in Brooklyn to Harlem-145 Street in Manhattan or Bedford Park Blvd in the Bronx during rush hour. It has a total of 42 stops and the train goes via the Manhattan Bridge. The train goes express from Sheepshead Bay to Kings highway, then from there to Church Av, then to Prospect Park. (Also from W 4 Street to 34 St, Herald Sq) Also, it goes local from Barclays center to Grand Street, then from 59 Street to 125 Street. Sometimes the train goes EXTREMELY FAST in Brooklyn so gotta thank the conductor for that!!!

C train

8 av local train that runs from Euclid Av in Brooklyn to 168 Street in Manhattan. It has a total of 40 stops and it is a slower alternative to the A train wen you miss it and you don't want to suffocate waiting for another at Broadway Junction and late nights. Also the train goes fast between High Street and Fulton Street and you gotta thank the conductor for driving almost 60 mph!!!

This is a Manhattan bound C train, the next stop is, Rockaway Av. Stand clear of the closing doors please???

D train

6 Av express train that runs from Coney Island in Brooklyn to Norwood-205 St in the Bronx. It has a total of 41 stations and its goes at the speed of light between 36 St and Atlantic Av Barclays Center. Goes via the Manhattan bridge and one of the fastest trains to get to Coney Island.

Poom train

Slang for the path train (port authority trans Hudson)

I rode the poom train to 34th street in Manhattan.

In Newark Penn station: you can take the POOM, Amtrak, NJT commuters trains and NJT light rail.

F train

1. A rapid transit service in the B Division of the New York City Subway. operates at all times between 179th Street in Jamaica, Queens and Stillwell Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn. NTT announcements on the f train are voiced by Kathleen Campion.

2. Used as a euphemism for the F word & fail, mainly used by railfans

1a. Ugh I hate riding the F train with R160s because of Kathleen’s gross voice, especially when she says “the next stop is” 🤢

B. I remembered riding R40 slant on the F train back in 1993.

2. I heard that shaniqua said the F Train to a teacher and she’s going to detention. Yikes!
