New in the Truth

Used to describe a new convert of the Jehovah’s Witness religion (see definition for “in the Truth”).

Witnesses will often use the phrase to alert each other of a new member so that everyone knows they need to be on their best behavior.
This is my friend Jason. He’s new in the Truth.

New Hampshire

Many think New Hampshire is way out in the middle of nowhere, but most of New Hampshire looks exactly like Massachusetts or Connecticut. Southern NH is home to many Boston commuters as a sub 60 min commute is common. Also libertarians have no power here, as it is commonly believed.
New Hampshire- a place where people who don’t want to be associated with Massachusetts yet still want to be in a state like Massachusetts live.
