Building a fire was hard to the girl, she had always had to try hard at life and common sense, she said. She always felt like she had to give over one hundred percent at everything (and that everyone else did also), especially sports (but none of this came from any authority figure or family member actually instilling this idea in her at a young age). She also thought she had to make everyone else's life difficult in the process.
