Block Anxiety is a feel you get when you DM someone who you follow on social media and immediately expect to get blocked no matter how polite you act or how willing you are to leave them alone if they're not interested.

When you contribute absolutely nothing in a game but still flex your imaginary impact by telling teammates to "check damage blocked." Often used in Marvel Rivals by SambosaChicken, who spends the whole game swinging into nobody, auto attacking the enemy tank, shielding on full hp, then wall crawling away.

Teammate: "Bro, you did zero damage, what were you even doing?"
You: "Yeah, but check damage blocked tho."
