A term used by low class people in attempt to insult someone who is higher than themselves.

Usually as an act of jealousy.

Boy: Wow, that new girl is so beautiful!
Girl: She's a loose whore.

Anyone who thinks they are better than the people around them. Usually seen in highschools wearing patched-up jeans,((which are patched up because they have become so tight over the course of a year that they are about to bust!)) that have shrunk. They also like to think that all males want their not-so-hot bods.
