If there is not enough room in the car, a bitch who is unattractive sits in the trunk. Even if there is room in the car for her to sit, you still have the option of putting her in the trunk. This term could also be used to describe someone who is ugly.

car driver: oh theres not enough room, one of you has to sit on a lap
trunk bitch: ill sit on a lap
me: nah, youz a trunk bitch get in the back!

friend: DAMN that girl is ugly!
