To become one of a group of artists who live a certain lifestyle. People who steal, lie, cheat, commit crimes. Pretty much a dirty lifestyle. They look low and scummy to older people but to the younger generation they get much respect.

The conjunction of the words 'stole' and 'lien'. A lien was placed against the vehicle for an unpaid debt; and the vehicle repossessed.

Your welfare checks haven't been put towards the debt on your Escalade so a tow-truck driver from a stupid TV show 'stolien' your ride.
