Not to be confused with the word to replace the ones you do not know in a song, this word is used to describe a part of the human anatomy.

A Schmoo should be defined as the trunk like overhang of foreskin on an uncut man's penis. The little 'nose' that dangles so cheerfully at the end of one's trouser snake.
