Acting as though you are draping your hogan over a friends shoulder. Usually done from behind someone sitting by dropping your forearm on their shoulder and yelling "Hogan Parrot!"

My buddy was sitting at his computer so I walked up behind him and gave him a hogan parrot.

a rather fetching hairstyle,part mullet AKA (billy ray cyrus)partskinhead AKA (anyone with a sharp razor).it is easily to spot one as it is perfectly square at the back and the wearer of said hairstyle is usually to be found with a comb in his/her? top pocket.it looks like a perfect head of hair when the wearer has a hat on but once it is removed the full parrydo is then on show.

max wall wore a do close to this one but it looked scruffy and unkempt compared with this rather neat hair do.i want one!if it is straggly on the ends then it can be called a max wall but for the neatness and squareness of it,it must be the parrydo.
