Online flash game game made by Jim bonacci. He's making a sequel, but the original was made in the late 2000s. You need to make it to the finish line alive, and at any cost to your health. You can get your bike crushed, so crawl the way there.
No limbs, no problem. The captions in the image are edited in, and originally said by the video recorder.
It's available at totaljerkface.com (not a joke link for real)

Contrary to Generation Y beliefs, The original Box On Wheels was a Volkswagen Type II Transporter a.k.a VW Bus or VW Microbus. Produced in 1949/50 - 1967 (as the split windshield version) It is an icon of Americana. One of the slowest production vehicles of the 20th century, slow has never been nor will ever be so cool.
"Box On Wheels" was a popular Southern California VW Bus Club, based out of the San Gabriel area.

That which receives the grease. This is part of a common saying that refers to the phenomenon that he they who bitches loudest/longest shall receive compensation the fastest, and/or in the most amount. See, "The squeaky wheel get's the grease", & "bitches"
Mel: I already told Darlene that I can't afford a new range for her, but she just won't shut up about how, "Oh it'll save so much money." and "This one's self cleaning, and gets to temp so much faster." I don't know what her problem is.
Hank: Well, you know Mel, the squeaky wheel...
Mel: ... yeah?
Hank: Well you know.
Mel: ... no, what?
Hank: It always get's the grease for crying out loud!
Mel: What the heck's that supposed to mean?
Hank: Oh, go look on urbandict...
