Ocean Beach, San Diego
A half ghetto/half not beach community in San Diego.
It definitely has a "locals only" vibe.
It's a chill place, but some of the people are dicks.
You can feel a vibe in the air that everyone there thinks they're the shit.
Lots of bums, druggies, skaters, surfers, and just random people that chill at the beach.
If you want a more laid back beach, try Carlsbad or Oceanside.

I cruised around Ocean Beach, San Diego today and some burnout skater kid riding a longboard held onto the back of my car while in motion.

University of San Diego
Located on a hill near Mission Beach in sunny San Diego, this University is known primarily for its upperclass yuppie student body and close location to Tijuana. While the campus is beautifully maintained (and the students even more beautiful) this school lacks the diversity and depth needed to propel it to the top.

consists of escondido, vista, san marcos, mira mesa, oceanside, encinitas, poway, rancho bernardo, rancho penasquitos. san diego is the pimpest city and north county is its ghetto. when you think of san diego you think of military and the ocean. but in north county there are many ghettos. and spanish is spoken more than english.
