When someone somehow manages to get their piss on the ceiling. This can be used an adjective to describe someone who has a talent most people would be ashamed of or, this could be used as a verb for when someone really does piss on the ceiling.

Verb-"How the hell do these kids manage to pissceil everywhere!!!"

Adjective-"Hey man don't insult his pissceil talent."
