"He thought ANTIFA was behind the capitol riots? How?"
"Yeah. He didn't have a Badger's Chance as soon as Breitbart started releasing their fake news."

Improbable, or highly unlikely; about as likely as the chance that "maybe" means "yes" rather than "no."; An unbelievable eventuality.
"What, from here? On the off-chance of a maybe that you make this basket, I'll wash BOTH your cars."
Person 1:"Its today? I didn't study!"
Person 2: "Don't worry, you won't fail!"
Person 1 sarcastically: "Sure I won't! On the off-chance of a maybe Mr. Hickerman forgot to bring the exam today!"

The game was nearing its end...
All sings pointed to Arle winning, and everyone accepted the fact happily. She performed well in minigames and made smart decisions.
But then...
On the last turn, the most productive property was given to a random player... and that player was Birdo, who kept investing in watermills.
The game ended at that moment, and when the points were calculated, Birdo was deemed the winner.
Birdo was obviously happy, but everyone else in the room, including Arle, muttered three words:
"Chance Time Twist".

"That's a great idea to solve the political crisis in Mali. It seems adapted to the context, and is based on discussions with people. But, we are the United Nations, so good ideas have a snowball's chance in hell of surviving."

Where a guy tells his woman that she can give him a snowball kiss after he cums in her mouth, but instead he covers her mouth and punches her in the stomach to make her swallow, and then runs away.
