Slang used by dealers selling very strong anti-depressants.
A-D is short for anti-depressants.
Originated in South-Florida, often sold in bottle-quantities (e.g. full prescription bottles of 25, 50, or 75)
A-D is also used when referring to anti-depressants among peers.
