Chichar

Chichar, derived from the word "Chid'chida" (chir-chi-raa) - Commonly used in Pakistan - it represents a personality, that feels unusually harassed (verbally) all the time, by everyone.
In other words; "Angry all the time"

1. He always stays as Chichar.
2. Just don't ask him, he's so Chichar. He might start a fight.

In Venezuela, short for "chicharron" the word used to describe what's left over of a cannabis spliff, defenitely not something worth holding to if you have a fresh stash waiting to be rolled.
