A-D is short for anti-depressants.
Originated in South-Florida, often sold in bottle-quantities (e.g. full prescription bottles of 25, 50, or 75)
A-D is also used when referring to anti-depressants among peers.

"Yo man you got any A-D's?"
"Yeah I just got refilled last Wednesday"

"HydrOXYzine 75mg, what about you"
"Paroxetine 25mg"
