traditionally, in the hip hop cultural world, the word "up" succeeds the word "word". this combonation, of what seems like two unrelated words, actually is a form of acknowledgement, or apporoval. Some synonyms inculde, "I concur." and "Yes, i agree with that"

"Geeked Up" is another way to say you are fucked up on something. Usually meth, cocaine, or something similar. However Marijuana is not included. (You'll look silly if you claim to be "geeked" on weed.)

Also, in lesser used context, it means a girl has a nice ass.
