Generally means good but is most amusing when used in the negative form

After a huge random sesh on the town one friend turned to another and said
"how are you feeling?" The friend replied
" Not too Chiparati to be honest with you!!!" Thus confirming the night must have been a bloody good one!!!

A surfer prone to excitedly telling stories of 'way back when'. Probably a combination of Chipper (upbeat), Chip off the Old Block (second generation), and Fish (both the water creature and the retro-style surfboard). Austrailan in origin.

"Yeah, I know, he's such a Chipfish."
