A girl or woman who wears pro jerseys, athletic wear or too much 'swag.' Sporty chick who wears swag often.

Example: "She only wears her AAU team swag to school. She's such a swag muffin." Example: "She is sporting a Bulls jersey today-what a swag muffin."

Muffining

The act of removing the "T-tops" from one's 1982 Firebird so that once you were done eating the muffin top one could allegedly toss the bottom of the muffin at an unsuspecting pedestrian. Remembering to asking them "want some muffin" knowing damn well they do not want a 30 mph muffin to the torso.
