Double dipping

When a major movie studio, TV network, and/or record label keeps rereleasing and repackaging previously released media instead of scouring through the vaults and releasing unreleased material.

Warner Bros. is known for constantly double dipping the same 250+ Looney Tunes cartoons on DVD and Blu-ray instead if restoring the other 500+ cartoons that may have not seen the light of day since their original theatrical release.
