A person who is always there for you. Similar to a best friend but more, someone you hope will be in your life forever, she will be in your wedding and you two know eachother like sisters would.
Not developed with time, a person you meet and just know they are your sister friend.

A woman who is officially affiliated with a fraternity. Little Sisters are usually given the fraternity's letters to wear after a sort of initiation, but they don't undergo a Pledge period and have limited rights and privileges within the frat. They are not considered to have equal standing with the Brothers and don't participate in rituals or attend meetings.Usually long time friends of the guys in the frat and/or the serious girlfriend of a Brother, a Little Sisters provide support to the fraternity. They assist in Rush events, bake cookies, and generally make the guys look good.
After two years of baking brownies and cleaning up after the guys Kari was made a Little Sister of the fraternity.

A sexual act, whereby a naked man extends his arms like wings, gyrates his pelvis in order to create “helicopter dick”, and pretends to fly around a room, all whilst having his butt crack motorboated by a woman in order to create airplane engine noise. She’s motorin’, that’s the price for his flight.
We were back at his place, freebasing and listening to Rick Springfield while a little kid set off firecrackers. After a few big hits, he put on Night Ranger’s Midnight Madness album, took off his robe, and started pretending to fly around the room. I was pretty high so I started motorboating his butt crack. Now every time I come over there he asks if we can do the “Sister Christian”.

Sister Flow- A softer way for a woman to refer to her period, monthly bleeding and/or menstrual cycle. In particular a word to use when her man wants some and the timing is not right so he cant have some.

The Seven Sisters is the name which was given in 1927 to seven liberal arts women's colleges in the United States (the colleges, themselves, were all founded between 1837-1889). The colleges included Barnard, Bryn Mawr, Mount Holyoke, Radcliffe, Smith, Vassar and Wellesley. Five of the seven remain women's colleges today and only one (Radcliffe, which merged into Harvard) no longer exists.
Mount Holyoke, Smith College, Bryn Mawr College, and Wellesley College are still women's colleges. Barnard College is still affiliated with Columbia University but remains an independent women's college.
Irene Harwarth, Mindi Maline, and Elizabeth DeBra also state that "the 'Seven Sisters' was the name given to Barnard, Smith, Mount Holyoke, Vassar, Bryn Mawr, Wellesley, and Radcliffe, because of their parallel to the Ivy League men’s colleges.
