Term attached to any male friend who repeatedly is unable to "man-up" in a variety of life situations.

When a man is unable to drive the golf ball past the womens tee box during a round with his buddies should let him know he's a Limp Dick Motherfucker, which per rules should require a dick out.

Or when he's got a 15 foot putt and leave it short by 10 feet. Again, the boys should let him know he's a Limp Dick Motherfucker.

Or used when a buddy bails at the last minute for fight night cause he's gonna catch a romantic comedy with his girl. "Man... that Jimmy, he's a Limp Dick Motherfucker for bailing on us tonight!"
