An individual who preaches for (or against) something, and ironically does (if secretly) the very opposite himself/herself, and/or tries to blame the other/s for how they may respond to an incident, when they're the one who started the incident in the first place, in which case, not only would one be a hypocrite, but a coward.

"Why did you tell on me? And why did you confront and threaten me?" "Don't you dare try to blame us, you hypocrite. You're the one who started it."

When someone continually complains about how much work they have or how tired they are instead of actually doing work to achieve some type of validation and avoid doing work at the same time.
