noun. Foolish or stupid person. Occasionally used to insult an individual without them understanding that they have been insulted.

nb. Sounds best when spat out in a Yorkshire accent.

"What did you do that for? You umprit!"

Alternatively: "What did you do that for? You F**kin' umprit!"

umpa-lumping(oom-pa loom-ping) is a very verstile word

definition 1- swaying from side to side while you are walking..like an umpa-lumpa

definition 2- a word that is synonymous with slacking, faking, or lacking in some attribute.

definition 3- when a person is not acting logically and doing something stupid

definitiion 1: you see that girl walking, she straight umpa-lumping with she got a broken leg

definition 2: oh, he didn't turn in your paper for you. He is umpa-lumping hard core

definition 3: she jumped off the bus. she is umpa-lumping like a mofo.

The language used by an umpire to describe the call which he/she just blew but tries to explain using a plethora of unintelligible babble.

The official blew that call and now is trying to explain it away using a bunch of Umpireese.
