Gatsby lent over and said,
"check this fart out old sport!"

Soon after a squelching sound emanted from his backside, accompanied by a terrible smell and a look of horror on Gatsby's face.

"Looks like you played Catch Twenty-Poo and lost my dear fellow" I chuckled.

When you completely fluke out and do something perfectly through dumb luck. The term is derived from the roll playing game Dungeons & Dragons in which rolling 20 on a 20 sided dice guarantees success at whatever your attempting.

"Dude, did you see Jimmy get hit by that car? He flipped over the hood and landed on his feet!"
"Shit, way to roll a twenty on his acrobatics."

A celebrated time for potheads all around the USA (and possibly other countries) because it is believed that at 4:20, whether it be night or day, one should partake in the activity of smoking marijuana. It has practically made its self a holiday if you look at the date April 20th, which in months and days would be, in fact, Four Twenty.
Rejoice little potheads, for this might just someday be put on a calender expressly for the use of the 99 Cents store.
