Tiller Neck

Stiff and sore lower neck muscles caused by long periods of steering a boat with a tiller.

I woke up with tiller neck after being on that four hour watch with high winds and rough seas.

Skipper complained after holding to our course with that short tiller, said it gave him tiller neck.
