Nothing like firing up some CS:Source and spraying some offensive logos to watch the hardcore gamer's responses.

Playing a video game in a state of intoxication by consumption of alcohol to a degree that your video game skills are noticeably impaired. This is usually done with a group of friends and an offline multiplayer game.

"Let's play a game at my place, I've got loads of beer in the fridge."

Any area where video games can or are being played. This area can be anything from a desk, to a living room, to a set up in a convention hall, but the area must be stationary, thus mobile gaming is excluded.
