it's often used to give appreciation to a person that stans ariana grande butera gomez but it can also be said as a joke on the internet (the ariana stans on twitter and instagram use this expression very often).

an excuse you can always use for any situation where you don't want to do something. it's solid even when it's not true and no one can call you out on it

She went on a trip last weekend without her kids but now she's saying she can't go out because her kids are her top priority.

She said "my kids take precedence over everything. period. sorry not sorry" So lame because she gets her kids watched when she goes out on girls nights or takes those weekend trips. No excuses for those plans
