A man that has sacrificed his social life in favor of lifting. Can often be seen in gyms with death star delts, repping out people's maxes on the leg press and in similar situations.
A chud is different from a jock or meathead, as a jock has sacrificed his intellectual development, while a chud has sacrificed his social life.
As such, jocks often end up failing education, while a chud can never succeed to score a date.
