Fedded out adjective, noun
1) referring to an objectip that is suspicious, such as a vehicle with tinted windows or black Van's with antennas and periscopes, and/or satellite dishes on top. Also refers to an individual that is suspicious. As In a person with dark sunglasses or skin toned ear pieces such as those used for communication.

2) referring to the constant state of being that someone is in that is justifiedly/overly suspicious of vehicles with tinted windows and aforementioned Van's. Also known as a scary ass person.
3) the temporary state a person is left in after a close call with the authorities, usually law enforcement. Tends to make a person become scary and cancel any further questionable or illegal activities.
"Bro look..........see that truck/dude right there......its/theyre fedded out."
" no don't invite that person, they're too fedded out. I dont need my pet examined for wire taps.

"Come on bro let's go.......hell nah, after last night I'm too fedded out.

The action of an electronic device which does not function for an extended amount of time or frequently for short periods of time. This is usually associated with computers and cellphones.
Sorry I couldn't answer back last night, my phone was tarding out on me.

It's a phrase used interchangeably with "crank it out," and a phrase used primarily among the younger generation.
