When the teammate(s) you're with are completely brainless and don't do anything of value.
Commonly associated with games where bad teammates are common (I.E Warzone)

Steve: Yeah, he's got total Teammate Syndrome

Wingman's Syndrome

1. -When a person is great at doing something, but suffers from bad luck so much, and is commonly assigned the #2 role, thus the "wingman"
2. -When a person is great at something, but can't live up to high expectations because the partner or co-worker performs so much better, and ends up with the #2 role, thus the "wingman"

1. Anyone partnered with Max usually suffers from Wingman's Syndrome, and they don't last that long.
2. George is a great driver, but he might end up with Wingman's Syndrome if he's paired with Lewis
