A person who uses hard drugs, in a reference to Pete Doherty, who is famed for his chemical excesses, but is still a legend. It is a play on the expression friend of Dorothy, a term used to describe gay people.

The meaning is closely related to a modern Eternal September.

The annoying friend is usually the shortest friend and their name starts with “e” also know as the TSAF -that annoying short friend- but although they are the TSAF they are also really funny nice and pretty so it balances out (:

Fake friend

Someone you once trusted and loved but then they started treating you like shit. If They hurt you and gossip about you they are fake friends, if they make you sad and than getting mad at you about being hurt because of what they say. Trust me guys: you are not over reacting, you are not petty or stubborn. If it hurts you it hurts you and this is never your fault. Even if you don't have a lot of friends, it's better than having a fake friend. So if you realized you have a fake friend do yourself a favor and live him alone.

Example: "no she is a fake friend. Don't talk to her trust me she will hurt you"
