An awkward person who'll forever be a virgin. Can't talk to those they find attractive without coming off awkwardly aggressive/not aggressive enough. (Some people with Skippy syndrome may take pride in their forever virgin self)

Steve: Oh, idk fam. I think he has Skippy Syndrome.

Evergreen Syndrome

Evergreen Syndrome is a basic reword of mentally ill, or mentally unstable. The behaviors caused by this disease can be such as issues with social interaction, autism or down syndrome, violent behavior or thoughts, unable to stay focused, and depression/loneliness. This can cause the person whom the disease has can have a difficult time creating relationships with other people nor their already existing family and friends.
