A chick who is a back up friend , typically someone’s sister or relative , she’s not in your immediate circle of friends & does things like date your ex boyfriend or talk Shit about 1 of your main friends right to your face. But it doesn’t matter cause she’s just a BBB . You only hang out when there’s a larger group or all your other friends are busy.

There are usually "back-up channels" in which to people use in times when all other channels are on adverts. This saves people from being bored and changing activity to going outside or reading.

Dude - "I'm so glad we have this back-up channel.. i mean police camera action is pretty boring but i'm glad we're not watching some shitty adverts.
